Dried Peach

Not many people know about the Jujube - sometimes it is known as the red or the Chinese date. But more people should because it is a tasty and nutritious fruit. But they do contain a lot of natural sugars - so don't eat too much of them! Some research shows that Jujubes may have some health benefits, such as boosting immunity and aiding digestion.
