Dried Strawberry

As with most citrus fruits, our dried mandarins are a good source of vitamins C and A and other trace minerals. But they are also delicious. As with all our other dried fruits: easy as a snack or to use in a wide variety of recipes.

Not many people know about the Jujube - sometimes it is known as the red or the Chinese date. But more people should because it is a tasty and nutritious fruit. But they do contain a lot of natural sugars - so don't eat too much of them! Some research shows that Jujubes may have some health benefits, such as boosting immunity and aiding digestion. A nutritious mix with delicious slices of dried orange, lemon and mandarin is so handy to have in the kitchen. Add them to smoothies, cakes and cookie mixes, brighten up a stew or simply enjoy them as a healthy snack.
