Dried Lemon

A slice of dried lemon gives flavor to a cup of tea (hot or cold). Stir the slices through a casserole to add a hint of tartness. Delicious as a garnish – with fish dishes – and of course as a gin and tonic. Or even just tonic over ice with a dash of dried lemon.
